The last time the Pokes were in Albuquerque, they left winners of the 2009 New Mexico Bowl. There will be no bowling this year for Wyoming, but that doesn’t mean University Stadium won’t bring back some good memories. Hopefully the Cowboys can channel those memories into today’s game against the Lobos. Wyoming’s offense was able to get it going a little bit last week as it put up 38 points on San Diego State but it still wasn’t enough. I think the offense will continue to move the ball against winless New Mexico today. The Lobos have given up an average of 454.4 yards a game. This should be a game for the Cowboys to build on last week, gain some confidence and finish the season out strong. Look for the Pokes to play well today.
